In the stressed situation Adrenal hormone secretion increase very quickly that's why it is known as the emergency hormone, but there is many bad effects of stress on human body.
- In the human body Insulin plays a major role to control the glucose level, but in the stressed situation human body decreases the creation of Insulin. That's why stress becomes the reason of Diabetes.
- It is one of the biggest reason of Blood Pressure problems because in stressed situation the heart rate is increase or reduces from normal heart rate.
- Fatigue is another bad effect of stress. Stress reduces metabolism in human body which leads the fatigue.
- Digestive problems increases.
- Difficulty to make concentration of doing work.
- Stress reduces the immunity of a body which leads regular Illness.
- Head Ache.
- Body pain.
Symptoms of stress :-
As we know that stress is the feeling that is not easy to share but there is some symptoms that defines the stress of the person.
- Anger :- A stressed person does not have the control on there anger. They becomes angry very easily on a small issues.
- Sadness :- In many of the cases the stressed person becomes very sad with there daily life, with any incident or any other issues.
- Tiredness :- Tiredness is generally a feeling which comes after a mentally or physical hard work , but the stressed person feels very tired without any work because there minds are absent from the condition to do some work.
- Staying Alone :- In most cases the stressed person wants to stay alone from the world.
- Sleeping too much or too low :- Every stressed person have a common problem with related to there sleeping schedule. Often they wants to sleep more and more, or they do not sleep enough.
These are some common symptoms of stress.
Cause of stress :-
There are no limit of cause of stress in this world, or in other words we cannot count the every cause of the stress in this world. So we will discuss about the causes found in the most number of cases.
- Work stress :- In majority of cases found that the peoples are passing through the stress because of there work load. It is common and genuine problem because now a days people's daily life-cycle is almost looking like a machine.
- Financial stress :- As the world developed, human needs and expectations is also increased and that's why it becomes more difficult to manage financial status. It is also a major cause of stress.
- Unemployment stress :- In this pandemic situation many people faced this problem across the world. Many people loss there job or working on that kind of job which they do not like. A jobless person always has financial crisis which leads the stress.
- Fear of Something :- Fear is one of the biggest reason of stress. If a person is feeling fear from any situation,person or anything then it becomes very difficult to handle the stress until the person feels safe from there fear.
- Separation from loved one or family :- In majority of cases it was found that the people who are separated from there loved one or family they starts feeling stressed.
Tips for Stress Handling :-
There is many stress handle by the solving that particular problem which leads the stress, but there is most common tips to handle the stress.
- Meditation:- Practice meditation everyday to calm your mind and for increase your concentration. Meditation is one of the best way to feel relax and also to feel free from stress.It is most recommended tip for everyone.
- Moving on :- There are many problems which has no controls in your hand and which can not be solved by you. At this situation if possible move on from that. Suppose you are separated from some one at that time you should move on.
- Spend Time with Friends or your loving one :- In any difficult situation try to communicate with your friends or your loving one, who concerns your problem, spend time with them.
- Try to be Relax :- One of the great way to overcome from stress is to become Relax.
- Play any sports :- Add some games in your week schedule or your daily life schedule. It will make you fit physically and mentally both.
- Spend time on Hobby :- Spending time on your hobby is great way to release stress. Your hobby is something that helps you to work on your interest which helps release stress and makes you happy.
